On the cusp of freedom, a discovery is made that could derail their entire plan.

After being on the run, and nearing freedom, Ayla, Derek, and the others retreat to another underground city. With more advanced technology, leadership that doesn’t quite trust them, and questions galore, they try to unravel the puzzle of the facilities.
